M&D Companies Expands into Collin County with New Wylie Office, Announces Grand Opening Celebration

WYLIE, Texas — M&D Companies is proud to announce the opening of its newest office in Wylie, Texas, marking a significant milestone in the company's continued growth across North Texas. Located at 201 Calloway Street, the new office strengthens M&D's presence in one of the region's fastest-growing communities while expanding its ability to serve clients throughout Collin County and the eastern Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

The Wylie office will bring together the full family of M&D Companies under one roof, including M&D Real Estate, M&D CRE, M&D Property Management, and M&D General Contracting, creating a centralized hub where clients can access comprehensive residential and commercial real estate, property management, and commercial construction services.

Leading up the new M&D Real Estate Wylie division is Wes Dorsey, who has been named Director of M&D Real Estate's Wylie office. A longtime Wylie resident with nearly two decades of local market experience, Dorsey has earned a reputation as one of the area's most respected real estate professionals, having been recognized as Wylie News Readers' Choice "Best Realtor" six times, earning the award in 2019, 2021, 2022, 2024, 2025, and 2026 for his outstanding service, local expertise, and commitment to the Wylie community.

Kevin Weable is the market director for M&D CRE in Dallas-Fort Worth. In addition, M&D General Contracting, headed up by Vice President Mitchell Allen, will provide commercial construction, renovations, tenant improvements, and ground-up development services throughout the region, while M&D Property Management will offer professional management solutions for single-family, build-to-rent, and commercial property owners.
