Paul New
Paul New holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M–Commerce and brings a strong technical foundation in CAD, BIM coordination, and construction documentation to the M&D General Contracting team. His experience spans project coordination, structural detailing, and construction documentation, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both design and field execution.
Prior to joining M&D, Paul served as a Senior Rebar Detailer where he produced detailed construction documents and shop drawings using CAD software, coordinated multiple detailing projects, and supported quantity takeoffs and cost estimation. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Project Coordinator on the Chisholm Trail Parkway project, where he managed jobsite documentation, material procurement, and compliance reporting to support efficient project operations.
Known for his precision, organization, and collaborative approach, Paul works closely with engineers, project managers, and contractors to help ensure projects move smoothly from planning through construction while maintaining strict adherence to specifications and schedules. He supports project execution by coordinating documentation, assisting with project logistics, and ensuring construction projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards of quality.
