Mitchell Allen
Meet Mitchell Allen, the Vice President of M&D General Contracting with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. From light industrial to medical facilities, outpatient surgery, dental offices, and more, Mitchell is a master of build outs. Mitchell began his construction career when he was 15 years old working for his father’s plumbing company. He founded his own successful plumbing company, focused on commercial plumbing and specializing in medical facilities. That experience working with different trades through the full build out commercial space led Mitchell into general contracting.
Mitchell has a vast network of contacts in the construction industry, including numerous reputable contractors. Mitchell has worked closely with subcontractors throughout his career and can quickly identify quality processes and remove those that are less than desirable.
He is known for his ability to work well with others and his attention to detail. Mitchell holds the certification of a journeyman plumber with a medial gas piping endorsement. He is continuously learning, keeping up with the latest developments in the industry to ensure that his work is of the highest quality.
Mitchell comes from a long line of craftsmen and entrepreneurs.
Having started out in his dad's plumbing business, he learned from a young age about the importance of uncompromised customer service, quality craftsmanship, and delivering on promises. His commitment to client satisfaction is the hallmark of his success. Regardless of the project's size or stature, Mitchell is 100% dedicated to having a happy tenant or owner at the end of the project who is satisfied with the work and enjoyed the process.
When not working, Mitchell enjoys landscaping and loves cheering on his kids from the sidelines with his wife at their sporting events. He also enjoys spending time at the lake, where he can relax and recharge his batteries.
