Brittany Villar,
Project Coordinator
Brittany Villar brings more than 15 years of operations management experience and a strong background in construction project coordination, business operations, and process improvement to the M&D General Contracting team. Known for her organizational expertise, attention to detail, and ability to streamline complex workflows, Brittany plays a key role in supporting project teams and helping ensure successful project execution from planning through completion.
Prior to joining M&D General Contracting, Brittany served as a Project Manager and Operations Manager for a masonry subcontractor, where she coordinated project documentation, procurement activities, vendor communications, and field operations support. Her experience includes managing submittals, purchase orders, project tracking, and operational reporting while serving as a vital link between office staff, suppliers, and field teams.
Before transitioning into construction, Brittany built an impressive career in operations leadership, including serving as Director of Operations for a multi-location organization with more than 90 employees. Throughout her career, she has developed and implemented operational systems, standardized procedures, compliance processes, and reporting structures that improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability. Her ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution makes her a valuable asset to both project teams and clients.
Brittany was drawn to the construction industry because of her fascination with the building process and her desire to continually learn every aspect of how projects come together. She enjoys collaborating with teams, solving challenges, and contributing to projects that create lasting value for clients and communities.
As Project Coordinator, Brittany supports project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors by helping maintain organization, communication, and operational consistency across every phase of construction. Her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement aligns with M&D General Contracting's mission of redefining what clients deserve through exceptional service and project delivery.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys road trips, spending time at the beach, exploring new restaurants, and watching movies with family and friends.
